This is the worst company with the worst people who constantly lie to keep your bill as high as possible to get as much money from you as they can. On two occasions, Christine, who herself has stated has worked there for a very long time, has told me I can change my policy because I was trying to raise my deductible, not lower it, so it would not be affected by the policy that only allows you to change your policy yearly within a 30 day window. She then backtracked the first time I talked to her in Jan after speaking with daigle her boss. I had just settled a claim with state farm and I believe she backtracked because they wanted as much money back from me as they can get. I just called again because the 30 days is coming up and Christine was adamant that she could change my policy immediately because I was raising the deductible. She touted her tenure there as knowing the ins and outs to which I brought up what happened back in Jan. She again stated she could make the changes immediately and I told her I felt they owed me money from not allowing the changes back in Jan. I got off the phone with her and daigle called with his smug attitude. Let me add, you're not able to talk to these people without someone mentioning God. These people are the furthest thing from God and this fake religious non-sense has to end. It's wolf in sheep's clothing. Daigle went on a rant about how customers "game the system" - no daigle, that would be corporations and people like you. Y'all are gaming the system. daigle refutes everything Christine has said on two occasions because what else can do - admit the truth? Hardly. It's clear they let "certain people" change their policies.
